I love being a trainer, mentor, educator, and using my knowledge and experience to develop people's skills and help them to unleash their full potential and exceed their goals. Insisting on the highest standards helps me to build trust with all the clients I work for, advising them on how to reach the right results, and ensuring a successful cooperation with the best possible outcome.
 

During the last 15+ years I gathered extensive HR experience in various industries such as Online Retail (Amazon), Steel & Mining (ArcelorMittal), Automotive (IEE), and Investment Management (Franklin Templeton Investments).

I have always been passionate about empowering and inspiring others. In 2020 I also became a Certified Positive Discipline Parenting Educator to support parents to understand the child’s behavior and teach their children important social and life skills in a manner that is deeply respectful and encouraging. The Positive Discipline principles and tools are not only embedding a respectful communication and collaboration in families or classrooms, but also at the workplace.

My most powerful natural traits, according to the CliftonStrengths assessment (Gallup) are "Achiever, Developer, Individualization, Positivity, Communication." I am bilingual in German and English and I can work with you in person and online via Zoom.

In my free time, I love spending time with my family. I am a passionate reader of eBooks and I love traveling and hiking in the vineyards of my home town. A few years ago, I started a new hobby and published my first short stories for kids on Kindle Direct Publishing.
